Lamberts Beach is a beloved destination for swimming that is monitored by lifeguards during the holiday season. However, it's important for swimmers to be aware of the rips that occur towards low tide. It's also essential to exercise caution during the Marine Stinger season which is generally November - May but may be present all year round. Swimmers are encouraged to wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment, such as a Stinger suit. Only swim during patrolled times and follow the instructions of the Lifeguard or Lifesavers.
